INTELLENET Select Committee for Legislative Matters – Established 4/23/03
It shall be the function of this select committee to observe U.S. federal legislation, affecting INTELLENET, the private investigations profession, and the security industry. Also, the committee shall act as liaison between INTELLENET, The National Council For Investigations and Security Services, (NCISS) and ASIS International. The chair may call upon other members to provide information in this regard and will report on significant proposals, acts and laws which impact our membership. Their findings will be published for the members with recommendations, as appropriate.
