Aggleton and Associates, Inc is an independent security consulting firm specializing in the analysis of security requirements and in the development of designs for systems solutions. A&A performs security audits and condition surveys, develops and implements security awareness training programs and has experience in expert witness analysis and testimony. • 13 years with the Army and Air Force as a Ground Radio Communications Equipment Repairman and ICBM security system maintenance technician.
• 10 years with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) as a Technically Trained Special Agent where I attended the 10 week AFOSI Criminal Investigators course, 6 weeks of Electronic Countermeasures (debugging) training - Interagency Training Center, 3 weeks of positive interception (bugging) - AFOSI, three weeks of Crime Scene Photography-FBI, 3 weeks of Locks and Alarms - AFOSI, 2 weeks Advanced Signal Identification - ITC, 2 weeks Barrier Defense Techniques (ITC) and several other security and TSCM related courses and seminars.
• 2 years with NASA Johnson Space Center - Responsible for setting up and administering the Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) (also known as debugging) program in support of the classified (Black) shuttle missions. I also supported/provided security to the astronauts during their travels, provided security to both the shuttle and the modified 747 transport aircraft while in transit.
• 3 years with a prime contractor to Department of Energy (DOE) providing TSCM support to DOE headquarters, all Congressional and Senatorial closed door sessions on Capitol Hill relating to energy, all Naval Nuclear Research facilities, all SCIF's nationwide, all DOE sensitive areas East of the Mississippi and other DOE locations nationwide (as requested). I assisted in setting up the initial 2 week TSCM training program for DOE security personnel. Additionally, I was trained in the operation of nuclear detection equipment and integrated into DOE's Nuclear Emergency Search Team (NEST) East.
